Spiced Wagon Cake (Nutcake)

Spiced Wagon Cake (Nutcake):  we call this "Christmas in a bag". Dried apricots, figs, dates, currants, cinnamon apples, toasted coconut, pecans in the warm spices of cinnamon, allspice, cardamon and ginger. Finished with a bit of brown sugar and molasses, butter and sweet milk.
